The proposed project consists of an eight-story mixed-use building including 145 residential units, 15 deed restricted affordable units, three (3) levels of subterranean parking with 184 total parking spaces to serve the residential use and 187 total bicycle parking spaces. The proposed height of the project is 85 feet.
